Customized 360-degree leadership evaluation

If you want to understand your leadership potential in the organization, what you need, and how to close the gap, our customized 360-degree evaluation might be relevant.

Based on interviews with key stakeholders, we will listen to your unique situation and build an in-depth understanding of the risks, opportunities, and challenges the organization will face over the next 3 - 5 years. This will help shape our appreciation of the strategic options of the organization and translate these into a competency framework (“Experience criteria” and “Leadership criteria”) that will be agreed upon with you. The framework will be used when developing a customized 360-degree online evaluation where selected leaders will be evaluated (anonymously) by superiors, peers, and subordinates.

Each leader will receive a confidential report, which will be shared with the CEO (only). The CEO will also get an aggregated report showing all results, including our key findings and recommendations. This will typically be discussed in a confidential meeting between the CEO and us.
